NX Mate Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use the NX Mate website, member portal or mobile application in Australia.

Marketplace role

NX Mate connects freight participants, transport operators, mechanics and other service providers. Unless expressly stated, NX Mate is not a party to freight, repair or service contracts made between members and does not guarantee availability, pricing, workmanship, payment or outcomes.

Accounts and verification

You must provide accurate information, keep your login secure and promptly update changed details. Verification or an ABN check does not constitute an endorsement. NX Mate may request evidence, restrict access or suspend accounts to protect members and the platform.

Membership and access

Member tools activate only after email verification and a successful membership payment. Access remains active only while the subscription is paid and active. A failed, expired, cancelled, refunded or disputed payment may suspend access until payment is restored.

Prices and renewals

Role-based membership: A$29.99 for the first month, then A$49.99 per month. All Access membership: A$59.98 for the first month, then A$79.99 per month. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. The checkout price shown before payment is the controlling price. Any future price change will be communicated and applied in accordance with Australian law.

Listings and conduct

You must not post unlawful, misleading, unsafe, discriminatory, infringing or fraudulent content. Members must comply with road, workplace, Chain of Responsibility, licensing, insurance and consumer laws that apply to their activities. A load published by an eligible paid load poster may become active immediately; NX Mate may moderate or remove unsafe, unlawful or misleading content.

Safety

NX Mate is not an emergency service. Call 000 for immediate danger and follow safe roadside procedures.

Privacy and content

Personal information is handled under the NX Mate Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant NX Mate permission to host and display it as required to operate the platform.

Cancellation, refunds and account deletion

You may cancel at any time through available account controls. Cancellation stops future renewal and access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated. Payments already made are not retrospectively refunded except where required by Australian Consumer Law. You may also request account deletion; transaction, safety or legal records may be retained where required by law.

Liability

Australian Consumer Law rights are not excluded. To the extent permitted by law, NX Mate is not liable for indirect loss or for acts, omissions, services or contracts of independent members.
